About Us

La Lucena E.L.C. is located in central Argentina, on the eastern slopes of the hills of Córdoba Province, in the outskirts of the small rural town of La Pampa. It is 64 km north of Córdoba city, 18 km west of Jesus María city and only 45 minutes away from Córdoba International Airport.

This beautiful property is the springboard to hundreds of acres of woods and grasslands, streams and rivers. It is the ideal playground and classroom for children taking their first steps into nature.

The hills of Córdoba enjoy a benign mediterranean climate, with mild winters and breezy summers. The area is rich in bird life and famous for its wealth in aromatic and medicinal plants.

The Center provides all the basic comforts of country life. Dorms are fit for coed groups of up to 40 students with adequate bathroom and shower facilities. Accompanying adults or teachers have private rooms and bathrooms in the schoolhouse. There is a community room, art workshop, reference library and organic garden on site. The kitchen serves well-balanced, homemade food three times a day.
